The company purchases consumer and small business debts, such as unpaid credit cards, personal loans, and phone bills from Australian and New Zealand banks, finance companies, and telecommunication companies. Its receivables management solutions consist of debt sale services; agency services, which include early or late stage agency collection, full receivables management, and overflow services; hardship management services; and insolvency management and administration services. Credit Corp Group Limited is headquartered in Sydney, Australia.
